To get this with not many problems use the orchid on lvl 5b. After the first mini boss basically use the super weapon as soon as it is available until the next boss, you should get at least 4 billion score for your trouble, plus on a side note I got a 10000 combo for the 5k combo achievement. A nice two in one.
