  APRIL 2016 UPDATE:
  I'm delighted to report this achievement is obtainable at long last. Either find a friend who has this game and ask them to upload a video, wait a day or two and it should show up in your news feed. View it and you'll get this achievement. Alternatively if you have a secondary account on your 360, sign in on that account and upload a video from a match you've played making sure you have them on your friend list and you can still get it. It seems you need a Gold sub to upload videos too, since Gold sharing doesn't work on 360 as yet.
  
  The news feed is still plenty glitchy so this is by no means guaranteed.
  
  I'd recommend getting this pronto 'cause EA...

  After 4 years EA managed to fix news feed and all videos show up. Someone from your friend list has to post a NEW video and share it with Fifa Street Network. After that you need to watch it.

  This is what I did:
  
  I did this with a second account. First make a video and upload with the second account then go back to your first account and quickly watch it right away. When i looked for the video of was there in 1 min.
