In order to unlock this achievement you need to acquire all of the wallpapers. There are a few you get from seeing the story through to the true ending, but most of them come from maxing a character's proficiency.

You'll need a few things to get started.

1. Finish the story through the true ending so you unlock every character, including Dodomeki. His proficiency skill is increasing proficiency gain for all team members as long as he is a part of your three person team.

2. The next thing we need is the Mystic Brace item, the highest level possible. I would suggest getting one at level 15 or above. It might not seem like a big deal, but remember you are going to be working on 132 characters. Even a small boost will be noticeable in the end. The best way to get items would be to play a stage on hard/chaos and have the Providence weapon mod to get item drops from the officers. Preferably a stage with a lot of stars. Susano'o's Last Stand works. Also, any characters with the proficiency skill "Fortune" would be nice, as it makes weapon and item drops better.

3. I would suggest waiting until after you unlock the achievement for getting level 4 weapons with all characters. This will help them all kill faster, speeding up the process.

4. A horse to move around the stage faster, also speeding up the process. You have two choices, Matsukaze and Red Hare.

-Matsukaze's saddle can be found in Chapter 3's Battle of Honnoji. You need to have Ayane in your team, and then you need to get 1500 KOs. Ayane doesn't need to kill them all, she just needs to be on your team.

-Red Hare's saddle can be found in Chapter 3 as well, during the Battle of Fan Castle. Xu Huang needs to be in your team and you need 1500 KOs here as well. Same rules apply.

I'd suggest Red Hare as he seems to be faster. Also, he looks cooler.

Start with a kingdom (say, Wei) and then work down the list of officers in order to make things easier, but you could use a checklist as well. Make sure to equip the Mystic Brace on each character and use the second slot for the Spear of Sacrifice. After you've got Dodomeki's proficiency maxed, give him the horse and leave it there (and him in your team). The other 2 slots should be filled with characters that need to grind.

Now that we have that, it's time to get started. From what I can tell, the higher the star rating, the more proficiency you get. So, you need a balance between star rating and proficiency gained, since a 10 star stage would be very hard for a level 1. After futzing around with a bunch of stages, I've settled on the Siege of Tong Gate in chapter 3. It's the 5 star side stage that unlocks the redux version of Battle of Tong Gate. With a level 19 Mystic Brace, I can max one character's proficiency in 6-10 minutes, and generally have enemies left over to give to the 2nd character. Your time will depend on whether the character sucks or not. Characters with great horse cn_X attacks will skyrocket to S in 6-7 minutes, while characters with slow attacks or characters with short range weapons will need closer to 10. Though some characters (like most bow users) do just fine holding cn_LB down and spamming the cn_Y attack. You'll also get enough growth points to level a character to 15, which I feel is the bare minimum for this. 20 is ideal, but unless you've been spending your growth points diligently, it will be out of reach eventually.

As for the stage itself, kill all the peons you come across as well as officers. You want to start by defeating everyone attacking your 2 garrisons. Next work your way south to the officer and 2 siege weapons, and wipe them all out. From here cut a path to the northwest garrison, which is where your ally is heading. Now kill everything else outside the castle while your allies break down the gate. Once they do, you should be done with everything outside the gate and can go kill the commander. You can go into edit mode and use the enemy aggression + element to make this a bit faster.

If you're looking for an easier stage, Battle of Yi Ling or Ueda Castle (what I recommended previously) are both good. However, you won't get S in one stage on Ueda (yay loading screens!), and while it's possible it takes forever to do in Yi Ling it takes much longer, so I feel it's a subpar strategy for 132 characters. Lastly, there's a weapon attribute called industry that supposedly increases proficiency gain. After playing around with a industry level 10 and industry level 0, I feel the difference is too small to worry about. On Tong Gate the difference was about 100-200 peon kills, which doesn't save us enough time to make up for buying weapons and checking the shop again and again to get 10 industry on 132 character's weapons. On Ueda Castle the difference was even smaller. Just worry about getting a high level mystic brace.
