Alright, assuming you don't have this achievement yet, I devised a plan to destroy as many towers as fast as possible.

First, pick Lonestar and do this for his build (you should be at least level 41, I believe, but you don't need the dynamite blowing up on contact skill anyways. It's more of a filler and makes your dynamite bounce farther, is all. Also, I apologize for not knowing the names of the skills, but you'll understand):

Dynamite:
-Extra Stick (Adds a maximum of 2 sticks giving a total of 3)
-Bouncing Dynamite
-Dynamite Explodes on Contact

Bull:
-Bull is Bigger and Pushes Harder
-Reduces Cooldown on Bull
-Bull Causes Damage

Attack (which is pretty much irrelevant):
-Damage
-Attack Speed
-Crystal Eagle Bullets (which is more damage)

Misc:
-Movement Speed
- +125 Solar
- (Pick whatever you want, you won't need it)

You'll be wanting to pick Ribbit IV for the map as it has 4 towers on two separate levels (top/bottom) as well as an abundance of creeps for you to heal off of.
Alright, so right off the bat you'll want to get the +125 solar, then buy dynamite and buy as many extra sticks as you can (should be only one level of it). Run out and kill the neutral creeps while waiting for the droids to spawn, and don't go tower/hero diving. When the droids spawn, simply farm (stay top lane) them with your dynamite (2 sticks will kill them instantly if they don't have the little buff they get before running into a tower). Make sure you're collecting as much gold as possible in as little amount of time as you can. Keep killing heroes and creeps/droids. You'll also want to start weakening the first tower (don't get it too low because sometimes your AI decides to come steal the tower kill). When you can, go back and upgrade your dynamite to have the 3 sticks and the bounce. As soon as this is done, we'll start some hardcore pushing. Immediately kill the droids that are pushing the top lane and stay behind yours. When you get close enough to the tower, start throwing your dynamite at it. Watch and make sure it doesn't get too low, as you want to be the one to destroy it. Keep going back and once it's weak enough, just keep auto-attacking and save your dynamite for the last hit. After the first tower is gone, your dynamite should be fully upgraded and you may have your bull. Move to the bottom lane and start pushing that. If you're lucky, your AI will have already put a dent into it. Apply the same tactics here. For the first upgrade on your bull, get the one that makes it bigger and push harder, followed by a reduced cooldown, and damage last. You will be able to push towers without any droids with your bull upgraded, so what you'll want to do is stand just outside of turret range, use your bull, run in, throw your dynamite, get a few auto-attacks off, then jump out of range. Remember to get your movement speed buff somewhere in the mix, but you should be able to gauge whether or not you truly need it, based on how the AI on the other team are doing. If you're getting killed a lot, then I would suggest getting it early on, but I never had an issue, so I would leave it until very late (each game should only take about 10 minutes yielding 4 turret kills). After you've pushed the bottom turret, push the second bottom turret, then make your way up and do the same. Voila, you've received 4 turret kills. Go and finish the game for safe measures.

I apologize for the wall of text, but I hope this helps.

The quickest and easiest way for turret kills is the tutorial, in conjunction with http://www.trueachievements.com/Darkened+Night.htm 's achievement solution for:
Awesomenauts (Xbox 360)Master of the Universe! The Master of the Universe! achievement in Awesomenauts (Xbox 360) worth 36 pointsReach max level.

Not only will you gain levels much more quickly than playing matches, you will get a turret kill almost every time you replay the tutorial, and each run takes under 3 minutes.

If the turret does not drop any solar, it means you got the kill. If the turret drops a bunch of gold solar, it means one of the drones nabbed the kill. So just dwindle it down to a sliver of health and hit it with a dynamite.

After playing only a handful of matches, I nabbed the achievement in about an hour.
