Achievement is tied to the normal progression of the campaign.
Mission 11: Invisible Bear - Max score of 200.
Recommend starting with a sniper rifle with exacto ammo. It does not need to be suppressed since the enemies will know you are there.
Weapon Challenge:
Master Sniper - Kill 15 enemies consecutively without missing with a sniper rifle. This challenge starts once you reach the rooftops after walking up the stairs. You can get a maximum of 12 kills from ontop the roof. Using Exacto Ammo will make this challenge a little easier. Look for the sun glare off of the enemy sniper scopes to help spot them on the rooftop and in the building across from you. Make sure you do not get shot by them or you will fail the 'Doge the Dot' tactical challenge. The remaining kills can come from other enemies a little later in the mission. Completing this challenge will unlock the VSS sniper rifle.
Tactical Challenges:
Dodge the Dot - Avoid being killed by a sniper during this mission. Pretty self explanatory. There will be multiple areas that have snipers in them. First spot is when you are on the rooftop providing Counter-Sniper cover to the President. Once you make it onto the streets again, there will be three snipers on the right side on two different buildings shown in the video.
Clean Sweep - Clear General Bukharov's room in less than 20 seconds. There will be around eight soldiers in the room. A few of them will die by the C4 explosion use to breach the room. From there, eliminate the rest of the soldiers.
Disruptor - Kill 10 Bodark while they are still stunned by the EMP. These will be the enemy soldiers walking around in the Optical Camo and the ones that have a hood over their head. Once you locate one, throw and emp grenade and then eliminate him. They do not have to have the optical camo activated when you emp them for it to influence their gear. Make sure you replenish you emp grenades at ammo crates when you can. There will be multiple areas on the map where the Bodark are located. There are around 15 Bodark total in this mission. Completing all tactical challenges will unlock the Raufoss Ammo..
Once you eliminate General Bukharov, you will earn the achievement 'Relieved of Command'.
