I found that doing standard workouts were taking care of most of the body parts, with the exception of forearms and calves. Here are the individual workouts that I found contained exercises to work these two muscles. You can add an individual workout by going Training Plans > Calendar > select a day > Add Individual Workout

Calf:
Tennis > Explosive First Step > Strength & Power > Tuck Jumps - Continuous

Forearm:
Tennis > Get Strong > Lean Muscle > Wrist Flexion/Wrist Extension
