Barring any future dlcs (if any), the only Rear Armament available is the Rear Mortar. (not to confuse with the left and right Rear Mounted weapons)

The rear mortar shoot backwards pretty far and pretty fast. If you want to test fire, choose a fairly open level with no action, switch your screen view to rear and fire the mortar. Any sudden explosion is your one shot mortar. I used the beginning of Urban Warfare Coop level as my testing ground.

For this achievement, I played on Urban Warfare, I went up to the 2nd intersection without passing it but past the taxis, turned around, lined up my port view crosshair with the center divider and shot the mortar. (hitting the far enemy car looking enemies). I positioned myself pretty much before the open intersection.

(the first intersection is enemies to your left, ignore this one)

This may take a few tries so be patient and mess around with it. This weapon is completely impractical in any sort of real battle.

I'll repeat for emphasis. The rear mortar only has one shot available.
