    Ante Up is first obtainable in level one, Forest Grove.

    You buy upgrades at merchant stones. These are big stones surrounded by a purple haze. After you clear out the enemies, flowers will grow. Run up to the stone, press Y, and select upgrades.

    The first upgrade, and cheapest is Dodge. It costs 250 coins and is worth every penny.
