How to unlock the Damned if You Don't achievement

    Actions
    Right in the beginning of Chapter 9, rappel down and continue on. After the cutscene, will be surrounded by snipers. You can either follow their orders and shoot the civilian or you disobey and shoot at the snipers

    For this achievement, shoot at the snipers. Once there all dead, achievement will pop. The game checkpoints after your decision, so you will have to chapter select to get the other decision

    ZombifiedYou have to shoot and kill all four snipers. The hanging people don't matter.

    Adding onto FLIPADELPHIIA's solution, you can also choose to shoot the ropes holding the soldier and civilian, freeing both of them. You'll still have to kill all the snipers to get the achievement, but this way, you won't feel bad for killing the hanging people. :)

    After the cutscene with the two hanging men at the beginning of chapter 9 you can either kill the hanging soldier for the ‘Damned if You Do’ achievement or shoot the snipers for the ‘Damned if You Don't’ achievement. You can then restart the chapter for the opposite choice which will earn you:

    Spec Ops: The LineDamned if You DoThe Damned if You Do achievement in Spec Ops: The Line worth 13 pointsFollow your orders.
