  at the beginning of chapter 11 you will have the choice to end someones suffering or let them burn. walk forward till your trigger the cutscene then choose to end their suffering.

  go to load screen and load chapter 11 and you get it straight at the beginning !!!

  For Xbox One with no chapter select, in the same split second that you shoot him, immediately pause your game, wait for the cheevo to unlock & display itself onscreen, then quickly reload checkpoint to get the other cheevo by saving the bullet.

  After the tanker crashes and you begin chapter 10-2, you need to shoot Riggs once the cut scene finishes. Reload the chapter and you simply walk away from Riggs without shooting him for the opposite achievement:
  

  The Unfriendly Fire achievement in Spec Ops: The Line worth 14 pointsSave a bullet.

  
  You walk quite a way with him screaming away in the background, then as you get near the Oryx it will pop.
