This achievement is glitched, and you will have to win every stage in one sitting in order to get it. You cannot even go back to the title screen (I learned it the hard way, since I got disconnected from the Xbox Live during my playthrough and had to win a couple of stages again), and of course your 360 must not be turned off during the process.

The fastest method is to play the One-Off stages. Contrary to the Tour mode, it will allow you to skip every section before the final one, since the peloton will not give too much leewway to fighters. Moreover, you will be able to choose riders from different teams, and their green bar will be full at the beginning (it is crucial for the flat stages, an exhausted sprinter being much slower). Be advised that it will still be time-consuming though; even if you are familiar with the game, it will very likely take you eight to ten hours.

Here are the riders I chose:

Stage 1 (Liege-Liege): Any gold or even silver time trial rider will do for this very short and easy prologue. I chose Bradley Wiggin (SKY Team).

Stage 2 (Liege - Seraing): This stage is designed for punchers. Andy Schleck (COM), Thomas Voeckler (Team Europcar) and Samuel Sanchez (Euskaltel) are all safe bets. Speed up when there is only 1,5 km left, the peloton should not be able to riposte.

Stage 3 (Visé - Tournai): Cavendish (SKY Team) is obviously the best choice. The massive sprints can be pretty challenging, but a glitch makes things much easier. When there is only 3-4 km left in the stage, tell your teammates to start the sprint train via the team command menu option, and follow your pilot fish ; you can be sure that another team (very likely Lampre or COM) will do the same. Everyone will then drive very slowly, because nobody in the peloton wants to take initiatives (it will only work with teams with a gold sprinter though). Wait until there is only 600 or 700 meters left, and sprint! No rider will react fast enough (with the exception of Petacchi or Hushovd; just block it and you will be fine), and you will win very easily. This method works in every flat stage.

Stage 4 (Orchies-Boulogne-sur-Mer): This stage is very similar to the stage 2. Just wait for the final slope to speed up, and you will get an easy win with Schleck.

Stage 5 (Abbeville-Rouen): Cavendish and the sprint exploit for the win.

Stage 6 (Rouen-Saint-Quentin): Same as above.

Stage 7 (Epernay-Metz): Once again, the sprint exploit! Easy win for sure.

Stage 8 (Tomblaine-La Planche des Belles Filles): Now things get serious, but Andy Schleck is almost unbeatable in these summit finishes. You will not even need to speed up to get an easy win.

Stage 9 (Belfort- Porrentruy): Samuel Sanchez is my choice for this kind of sprints in mountain areas. Thomas Voeckler, Bradley Wiggins or even Damiano Cunego (Lampre) can do the job, it is really up to you.

Stage 10 (Arc-Et-Senans-Besançon): This stage is a time trial, and is by far the hardest one. You will have to do it several times to learn where to brake, and when to speed up, especially in the first section.

The rider to choose is Tony Martin, even if Cancellara can win as well (but it will be even harder). First of all, if a rider is faster than 48'20 (you can see it by pressing left or right on the D-pad), just reload the game; there are very good chances that you will not make it in this case.

There are three checkpoints; try to be under 15 minutes (14'50" ideally) after the first one, under 31 minutes after the second one, and you will stand a chance. Wiggins is your main threat here. Don't worry if you lose a lot of stamina in the first two checkpoints, the third one is very flat.

Stage 11 (Mâcon-Bellegarde-sur-Valserine): Punchers who can also climb will have the last word. Voeckler, Valverde or A. Schleck can get an easy win here.

Stage 12 (Albertville- La-Toussuire-les-Sybelles): Summit finish -> A. Schleck obviously.

Stage 13 (Saint-Jean de Maurienne - Annonay Davézieux): Pretty much the same as stage 2. Wait for the final slope, and sprint with A. Schleck, Voeckler, or S. Sanchez.

Stage 14 (Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux - Le Cap d'Agde): Massive sprint, Cavendish...

Stage 15 (Limoux-Foix): This one is pretty tricky if you do it for the first time, but Samuel Sanchez should eventually do if you don't sprint too early (wait for the last 600 meters)

Stage 16 (Samatan - Pau): Cavendish with the sprint exploit, but it will probably not be easy this time, because the final line is very long. Try to block Hushovd, if Petacchi and Greipel are not in a good mood you should be fine.

Stage 17 (Pau - Bagnères-de-Luchon): Again, climbers are a good idea only at first sight. Samuel Sanchez or Thomas Voeckler will win if they start sprinting 600 meters before the finish line.

Stage 18 (Bagnères-de-Luchon - Peyragudes): Good luck if you try to win with another rider than Andy Schleck, he is the king here.

Stage 19 (Blagnac - Brive-la-Gaillarde): Another easy win for Cavendish.

Stage 20 (Bonneval - Chartres): Wiggins works wonders in this time trial, which is much easier than the tenth stage. You should win with a 2 minutes lead with no problem.

Stage 21 (Rambouillet - Champs-Elysées): With the stage 16, the hardest sprint. Play Cavendish, wait until you reach the final curve, and take it at full speed; it should give you a few meters lead. Then go at full speed, and start sprinting in the last 500 meters. With your top speed your opponents should have a hard time to catch up with you.

The achievement will pop as soon as you win the last race. Good luck!
