To get this achievement, you'll have to jack each creature 5 times (including the 3 bosses).

To get all the costumes, you'll have to jack every "normal" creature way more than 5 times so it'll be easy.

For the bosses (chapter 4, 17 & 20) you can jack them, die, jack them again,... Until you've jacked them 5 times.

Easy, but a little time consuming.
