This solution is to describe HOW to boost this. What you want to do is get a full game of 12 players in Conquest mode to take turns capping conquest point B. You will leave points A and C untouched to make sure the game goes the full length.

You will *almost* never get paired up with your other group of 6 if you're trying to search in two parties of 6. I say almost because maybe it's possible, but we weren't able to get it to work after many attempts. Instead, do this:

    1. Have one full party of six prepared to search Conquest matchmaking with the matchmaking setting set to Region Only. This is GROUP 1. It is HIGHLY beneficial if this leader that will be searching for matches is in the UK or someplace similar with a lower population count. Depending on the time of day, you'll probably have your best luck if it's 3-4am local time for the leader of Group 1. This affects the Regional search mechanic.

    2. The leader of that party (the one controlling the search) should be in party chat with the other group of six players that are all in their own individual lobbies. This is GROUP 2. He can be each of their friends' list as well so they can join his game from their friends list, but being in the XBL party should work for them to select his name and join his game.

    3. Have everyone in GROUP 2 keep the leader of the 1st group's name highlighted, ready to press "A" and "Join session in progress".

    4. The leader of GROUP 1 searches in Conquest under REGIONAL (not Worldwide) until he gets an empty lobby with just his six people in it. As SOON as he sees the empty lobby, he tells GROUP 2 in party chat.

    5. EVERYONE in GROUP2 clicks on his name and hits "join session in progress" immediately. If you're quick enough, all six will get into the game with no randoms.

    6. If a random or two sneaks in, you have two options: try to do the search/join process again starting back at step 1, or just play the match and dominate it until they leave, having those who didn't make it in primed and ready to "join session in progress" and get into the game when the random(s) leave.

My boosting group did this across all gametypes for the miscellaneous achievements as well as Conquest for boosting and it worked a charm. Good luck!

Scruffy McGuffy^ What's the point of that post? I see that after I wrote the post you replied to, they did a permanent 2x XP boost in Jan '13, so presumably boosting will now give 60K per match. So can you get 60K every match? Can everyone get that?

I just want to add that the exp earned has a permanent quadruple bonus I believe: capturing nodes in Conquest for example gives you 800 exp every time.

If you are having difficulty finding a boosting session, or getting a good amount of people for a session, just go to Conquest. It took me little over a week to max out all my classes in this game mode, without boosting, thanks to the perma-boost. wink

    I would like to give credit to Domanator316, gameaddict25, M I K 3 ID, M I K 3 ID v, scotwolf2 & Dark Sonic X6 for their assistance in this game when we we're boosting it.

So the fastest way in getting the XP done in this game is to do the XP Boosting in the Conquest Game Mode. A minimum of 4 people are required in order to start an online Conquest Match, but in order to prevent any randoms joining your match, you will need 12 people in total. No more, no less. You can bring in dummy accounts as well, but they will get kicked for idling after a short while. So unless you are intending to get them involved with the boosting as well as yourself, you will likely need to rubberband the cn_LS and cn_RS to make them run round in circles.

    Setting Up Your Lobby

In the game when you go into Multiplayer, you will automatically be placed in a Private Lobby. Here is where you can invite friends and recent players to form up a group that you can take in any game mode you like. You can have a vast amount of people in the lobby, but if your boosting the maximum recommended amount is 6. You can invite them using your cn_guide guide to help you.

When it comes to organisation the best thing to do is to choose 2 people in particular that can host the lobbies and get them to invite up to 5 people for each of their sides. The 2 chosen people should be living in the same regions as that will give everyone a good chance in connecting with each other. For example the two party hosts could be both from the United States, United Kingdom, Europe etc.
Once a decision has been made as to who will do the hosting, they can start inviting them. It's up to you all if you want to put everyone in 2 individual XBox Live Parties or get 8 people in one Party with 4 left out or other methods you wish to apply.

Connection Issues: Compared to Transformers: War For Cybertron, the connections for getting everyone into Private Lobbies is much more improved. However at times you may still experience problems such as failing to connect at all to the Lobby, failing to connect to a particular person or other sources. If this is the case there are some ways around it that me and my friends have discovered.

    1. Ask for another game invite and see if you can connect to the lobby.
    2. Ask for a game invite from the other player that is hosting the lobbies.
    3. Return to your XBox Dashboard, reload the game and accept a game invite whilst the game is loading up to the title screen. We noticed this worked sometimes.
    4. Return to your XBox Dashboard and accept a game invite whilst you are sitting on the XBox Dashboard. This has a could chance in connecting to the lobby you wish to be at.
    5. Test your XBox Live Connection.
    6. Switch off your XBox console for 10 Minutes.
    7. Reset your Internet Router.

When both groups have a respectful amount of people in their lobbies and are ready to search, it's recommended that everyone chooses "Regional" in Matchmaking first. If that doesn't work, switch it back to "Worldwide". Whoever is searching first as a host needs to click on "Find Match" and then click on "Conquest". They will take their team with them into a lobby. You need to check and see if the game will Create A Lobby for you, otherwise you will likely be paired up with randoms.
Meanwhile when they are in the lobby and everyones loaded in, the other host of the team needs to do the same and hope to find the other team in their lobby. If done correctly you should all be paired up and ready to boost the game once the timer goes down to 0.

If you haven't got 12 people in the lobby, you can always manually use your cn_guide guide to invite them into the lobby, or get them to search for the Conquest Match.

    Boosting Method

All you have to do when the match starts is choose a Class of your choice and get everyone to go for Control Point B only. Do not go for Control Point A or Control Point C. When everyone arrives at Control Point B, one team needs to run in and capture it. Then once it's captured they need to back away and let the other team run in and capture it. Then once it's captured they need to back away and let the other team run in and capture it. Rinse and repeat this method for the whole of the match. This is known as Ring Boosting and it has been famous in many other games as you might have guessed.

You must not stand for a very long time and block your opponents group from capturing the Control Point, because if you do, they will have the right to shoot and kill you and you will have to respawn and head to the Control Point to try again.

With the fact that the game has a permament 5x XP Bonus, each time you capture the control point, it will give you a total of 800XP...

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360)Headmaster!The Headmaster! achievement in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360) worth 70 pointsReach max level in a single class

Unlike Transformers: War For Cybertron however, there is only one additional achievement that is tied to the XP Boosting in this game. It is this one in which you will need to reach Level 25 with one of your classes. Level 25 is the maximum Class you get with each one you choose in the game, so once you have done this, stand in the middle of the flag, blocking access, then press the cn_start button, "Choose Character" and pick a different Class before you get killed. Once you are dead you will respawn with your new class, ready to boost again.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360)King of the Scrap HeapThe King of the Scrap Heap achievement in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360) worth 343 pointsReach max level in all four classes

Eventually you will get this final XP Boosting related achievement for reaching Level 25 in all 4 Classes that are available in the game.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360)What Prime Directives? The What Prime Directives? achievement in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360) worth 87 pointsUnlock Prime Mode

And then once you have got the above achievement, you will have the option of promoting yourself once you have returned to the lobby menu in the game.

    Disconnections

Sadly like the same as Transformers: Fal Of Cybertron, this game is known to disconnect people time to time. And it also has a habit of stopping the match you are playing and attempt to Migrate to a better host. When this happens, chances are one or more of you will get a loading screen back to the lobby menu and removed from the match.
If any of the both we're applied, a recommendation is to use the cn_guide guide and invite them back in as soon as possible. You may need to get opposite team members of yourself to invite the person if that one who got disconnected was not on the same team as yourself. You must act quickly when this happens or even find a replacement, because should a random join, it will be hard to get rid of him/her as they will consider boosting as a great opportunity of kills, or possibly just join in for the sake of it.

Good luck in getting the boosting done for this game and avoiding the randoms. Your going to need it!
