The requirements for this are obvious, but I'll tell you the games I found calories to count the quickest in (note: this doesn't include Your Shape 2012 as the calories don't burn quickly in it...unless you're cheating).

JUNK FU. You can easily burn 600 calories in about an hour if you played this straight (you'd be bored to tears though). For the first 25 calories, don't worry about hitting things right. Just jog/sprint and use your arms (i.e., a normal running motion). You'll get to the 25 calorie bonus level easily. Play "normally" as long as you can afterwards. Also, when the "event" starts you can start burning calories right away - you don't have to wait until the timer ends at the very beginning. NOTE: The calories that JUNK FU says you have burned are almost always higher than the calories you are given credit for in PlayFit. I'd say that PlayFit gives around 2/3 to 3/4 of the calories JUNK FU tells you you've burned. Still not bad.

DANCE CENTRAL 2. It took me about an hour and a half, maybe 2, to burn 600 calories. I was playing songs on medium. Playing on the Hard difficulty may burn calories quicker, but I never tested this.

JUST DANCE 3. It took me about an hour and fifteen minutes to burn 600 calories. I had "sweat" mode activated, but I don't know whether or not this counts the calories in-game or not (so activate sweat mode to be safe). Also, as I was trying (and failing) to 5-star a song, I restarted the same song at its conclusion several times in a row - this helped a bit with load times, but load times aren't bad in JD3 anyway. You could also just do one of the many longer routines in this game to avoid load times altogether. Your choice.

KINECT SPORTS SEASON 2. It took me a bit over two hours to burn 600 calories, but that's only because I was trying to figure out which mini-game burns the most calories. Surprisingly, I found that the 3-point shootout (i.e., from the Basketball DLC) burns by far the most. If you get to rack 10-11, you should have burned well over 50 calories in about 1.5 minutes. The most I burned in one game was 67 calories. Load screens and pre/post game "cut scenes" are brutal in this game though. Otherwise, it'd be much faster.

Note: I didn't try Just Dance Greatest Hits as I don't own it, but I'm assuming calories will burn at about the same rate as in JD 3.

Finally, if anyone has played a game which burns calories quicker than my times, feel free to include them in the comments and I'll amend the solution. I want legit solutions though as using a chair or blanket to burn calories quicker defeats the purpose of the app in my opinion. Feel free to create your own solution if you want to "help" people that way.

EDIT #1 (from munchmagic86): "Oddly I got a lot of cals in Disneyland Adventures. I played for an hour or so, just quests and collecting stuff, playfit said I burned 0 but 2 weeks later out of nowhere it says I have burned 750 cals. It does seem to burn cals well for little work but may take a while to be properly recognized. Thanks for the Basketball tip in KS2 :)"

For this achievement you have to get 600 calories in 4 Kinect titles.

First off I've read rumors that setting your Kinect settings so that you are 550 pounds will actually increase calories burned/earned, I personally cannot say that I could tell the difference.

*Supported games include

-Dance central 3 - Do the four player set list and place 3 to 4 chairs in your play space and Playfit will account for all four "players".

-Disneyland Kinect - Burns calories fast just playing normal. Beware this is a time consuming 1000GS.

-Nike+ Kinect Training - Idle method but slow play dodge ball whilest sitting on couch.

-Yourshape Fitness Evolved 2012 - Play short lessons as to not be forfeited, make sure you are logged in as the game tends to show you as guest,1000 calories = 100 in Playfit.

-Kinect Sports Season Two - 1 to 2 hours till 600 calories to speed things up play 3 point shootout dlc or play darts and dance when your opponent is throwing.

-Just Dance 3 - Just over an hour till 600 calories.

-Just Dance Greatest Hits

-Deepak Chopra's LeeLa

-Let's Cheer

-Dance Central 2 - Hour and a half to two till 600 calories, about 25 caloriea a song.

-Kinect Star Wars - 300 per playthough make sure your logged in as the game will set you as a guest.

-Happy Action Theater - Idle on the monster attack mini game just let it run sitting in front of Kinect.

-Junk Fu - Swing arms in wide circles till 35 calories burnt then continue playing normally, or towel method swing towel at waist level medium speed to rack up 50 calories a round, 20 out of 50 calories will not be counted in playfit.

-Adidas micoach

-Kinect Gems: Darts VS Zombies - 30 calories per go still havent done this one yet will have estimated completion calories soon.

-Kinect Gems: Three (3) Point Contest - 400-500 calories upon completion.

-Puss In Boots - Very low calories adds but in the end it does add a few to your ever so growing calorie count.

For these games I would suggest loading Playfit and marking down your calorie count before playing and when you finish playing...

For instance I feel like playing 3 point challenge, before I play, load up Playfit. Lets say I am at 619 overall calories in Playfit I then load up 3 point contest play till I get tired or pissed off. Then load Playfit back up and see how many calories I burned on that game. Lets say 810 calories is my new overall score by doing simple subtraction, new score minus original score = total calories burned on that game..

This guide is a work in progress, so I need your help with completing it. If you launch a Kinect title and play it and you are 100% sure it adds or doesn't add calories write them in the comments section. Also it would help if you could give a estimated calorie count upon completion or per level just to give people an opportunity to understand what they are getting into. :) I know this guide may seem choppy but it would be nice to have a complete list of Kinect titles that work or don't. Calories earned my vary from person to person so don't down vote because you aren't earning the proper amount listed above per game. Don't forget to like the solution if this helped. If you noticed I pulled info from the guide on x360a but the guy who posted never updates the thread +mine is short and to the point. Thanks to everyone who commented there as well as here :)
