    You got to beat arcade mode, the easiest way to do this is by going into game options and change the rounds to 1 and the game difficulty to beginner. There are 9 fights in total, shouldn`t be a problem on beginner setting...

    Simple just beat arcade with any of the 13 characters. I recommend changing to difficult to easy so you can just run through it without and hassle.
