First off, here are the requirements for this. Club & Drop-In Games count for this when accessed through the EASHL.

Games Played: 150
Overall Grade: A-
Wins: 75

Games Played & Wins will come frequently for the most part if you're going through Drop-In games, and both stats will continue to go up even if you haven't ranked up yet due to another stat not being at it's requirement, it will not hinder you.

Overall Grade can be tricky. It consists of Position Play, Team Play, and Stats

Unless you're a pylon (or constantly skating out as a goalie), don't worry about the Position Play grade, it will always be a A+

If you manage to get at least one (1) goal or assist, you'll almost always have at least an A- for stats, unless your team loses by a lot. If you go into OT, the Stats grade will go down unless you get another point.

Team Play is the trickiest thing to nail down, and depending on what Player Type you are, the requirements to a good grade in this can vary.

If you're a Sniper for example, you need to be shooting and scoring to get a good grade.

If you're a Power Forward, hits and scoring. If a Playmaker - set up your teammates and do all around play.

Some categories that are helpful to a good grade, Takeaways, stick checking, hits, blocked shots.

Categories that will hurt you; giveaways, icings, offsides, penalties.

If your team is ahead, generally your Team Play will be up and the bad categories will be lenient. Wins & shutouts will help as well.

If your team is losing though, it is key to make sure you're keeping possession of the puck without turning it over. Losing can knock down your grade.

As a goalie, stopping the puck is key. You can still get great grades for your Overall Grade if you have a bad game, but you will have to face a lot of shots. Giving up 7 goals on 18 shots isn't as bad as you might think, because the grade will put most of the blame on the position players. But if you allow 3 goals on 5 shots, it's going to hurt you. If you can get 4 or 5 saves before allowing a goal in a game you end up losing, it's beneficial.

Hopefully those are some good tips. Good luck.
