  Here is my "All in One" Achievement Guide for this Spec Ops Mission.
  
  This Mission and the Achievement are easy when you know how :)
  
  See the Video and you see my Tactic for beat this Mission in 1 Run with all Achievements.
  
  For this Achievement pick up the self revive at Start, use it, One Sentry Gun, deploy this and pickup the XM-25. Dont call more as one of this 3 Types!

  I played through the entire mission on Regular a number of times and never received the XM-25 as a drop. I did some more testing and here is my guess on the issue and how to resolve it. I believe that the game sees the self revive and turret as a higher priority and therefore it wants to give you each of these first. When I wasn't getting the XM-25 it was because I had already used the turret or the self-revive, or both and therefore it wanted to give both back to me rather than offering the XM-25. To get the XM-25 to be dropped, I picked up the self-revive and immediately requested 2 drops. The first is always the sentry and second will be the XM-25. I recommend picking up the XM-25 first, then either dropping it to get your preferred gun back, or going to pick up the sentry. I never liked setting up the sentry until later and therefore setting it up and then moving was a real pain. I chose to kill a person or 2 with the XM-25 and pick back up my preferred weapon before moving through the level as normal. If you are doing this on regular as I did, be sure to get dropped somewhere along the way because I also missed the achievement once because of this. Also, if you get part way in and are only seeing self revives and turrets getting dropped, you may as well start over because it isn't going to happen. Hope this helps.

  i found the problem
  once u setup the Sentry Gun,u cant move again, if u move it, it'll count.

  There are three different care packages.
  
  Self Revive
  Sentry Gun
  Arsenal (XM25)
  
  Call in care packages with right on the D-pad and throw the marker where you want it.
  
  Pick up the Self Revive that's sitting on the ground at the start. You must go down, but don't get another self revive.
  
  You can throw as many care packages as you want, but only pick up one XM25 and one Sentry Gun.

  I've just got this achievement but I noticed you don't get the xm25 crate until you deploy your sentry gun.

  You don't need to use them all, I never fired the XM25 and got the achievement.

  Thanks! I had no idea you had to go down with the revive. After doing it twice I was starting to wonder why it wasn't working.
