  Once you find Haley in Archer's Pass, you will also be introduced to Matti. To unlock this achievement you need to talk to Matti several times. He will always grumble at you, so just keep talking to him until this unlocks. You should only have to talk to him 5 or 6 times.

  Matti is Haley the Blacksmith's little brother on Archer's Pass. When you first meet her she will give you some stuff and send you on a quest for a teleporter device? After you finish talking to her, head towards the little troll brother and talk to him. Keep talking to him until the achievement pops.

  All you have to do for this one is accept the quest for Avgustin in Aurora Village to deliver materials to the blacksmith and find Haley at the top of Archer's Pass, here you'll meet her little brother Matti, simply talk to him non stop and this one is yours.
