In addition to what has already been said, I got this without any difficulty whatsoever on the first solo of "Give It Away" by Red Hot Chili Peppers, which is part of the main setlist for Rock Band Blitz (so no DLC purchase required). The solo is early on in the song (1:45-ish), short, very slow and consists almost entirely of sustained notes. The achievement pops when you finish the solo. There is a second (much harder) solo later on in the song but you only need to do the first one to get the achievement.

If anyone has other suggestions for songs with easy solos (be it from the Blitz setlist or DLC/exports), post them in the comments section and I'll add them to the guide (and credit you).

    Alternative suggestions (credits in brackets):

"Moving in Stereo" by The Cars - DLC (lightsup55)
"To Be With You" by Mr. Big - DLC (Mystic Typh00n)

Mystic Typh00nI got it using this song. Not very hard, and you don't need to buy DLC. Perfect for anybody to do.

As for an alternate, To Be with You by Mr. Big is an easy one.

If you have the Rock Band 1 Songs exported, try the Nirvana Song in Bloom,, it´s very simple. Got it on my first try ;)

An easy way to get this achievement is by using the Bandmate Power-up during a guitar solo's fast parts. This will ensure that you are able to automatically hit any notes that you would otherwise accidentally miss. To make the achievement extra easy, just chose a slower song that you know has a guitar solo.

lightsup55Actually, I got this WITHOUT using the Bandmate Power-up (wasn't available at the time). If you choose a song with a really easy guitar solo, this should unlock early on.

Ironically... I did unlock the Bandmate Power-up after completing the song ("Moving in Stereo" by The Cars) that I unlocked the achievement on.

Bodies by Drowning Pool ( which is DLC for those of you want to use DLC for this Achievement ) is the easiest song to use for this Achievement, trust me it works.
also Piano Man by Billy Joel is an easy one. also if you imported Rock Band 1, Say It Ain't So by Weezer and In Bloom by Nirvana are easy ones to get 100% solo on. Gimmie Shelter by the Rolling Stones is another easy one as it has multiple solos.

Black Sunshine by White Zombie only had about 11 long sustained notes in the first solo (plus one short note) which makes it the easiest solo I've come across so far after playing 150 songs in my collection. The second solo was similarly a breeze so you do get another chance if you flub the first one.

I was able to get this achievement on the song "Give It Away" by Red Hot Chili Peppers. I turned on Bandmate before the song started. Then I focused on getting all the white notes to fill up the overdrive bar. Right before the first guitar solo started I activated bandmate in the Guitar lane, and it practically got the achievement for me.

One of the songs in Rock Band 1 is "Wave of Multilation." on top of the other songs listed below. But this solo is near the end an extremely short an the songs not that long either hope this helps. I got this on the first shot tried the other ones was close but never did get it an they were longer than this song. If i need to add anything just leave a comment open to suggestion for other songs.

Update Another good song with an easy solo is R.E.M "Orange crush" From RB1
