Very easy to achieve. Simply gather a few ships and then use your shields to kill bigger enemies. After killing with your shields, you will get million point plus point bonuses from many of the normal enemies (even on chilled difficulty) or any of the later bosses if you use your shields on them right away and grab the points. After a boss dies, you can also fly around in the explosion area and collect any remaining point bonuses without dying.
This will unlock once you complete the level.
