Seeing as this is a story achievement, I'm not sure I can explain how to do it without minor spoilers. So, you've been warned. You pretty much can't beat the game without this, though.

This achievement unlocks after talking to a certain character after beating the area boss of Anor Londo.

You'll be subject to probably the most annoying Silver Knights in the game as they repeatedly knock you off of a catwalk with Dragonslayer Bows, and then you're expected to progress through the cathedral until you get to the main room. You'll know when you're there because you'll have to take on two Royal Sentinels before you can open the main entrance to the cathedral.

After that, you'll notice the fog gate and you'll have to beat the boss. You get to fight good old Ornstein and Smough, so be prepared for one tough fight. Check that link for tips and strategies for them. Once you beat them, you'll gain access to the elevators in the back of the room, and they take you to the second floor of that room. Up there, you'll find a bonfire and behind it, Gwynevere in her throne room. She'll give you the Lordvessel, and that's that, achievement unlocked.

NOTE: Be sure to pick "Join Covenant" while talking to her for this achievement. You don't have to join, just talking about it counts.

This achievement is missable though since you don't have to talk to her about her covenant.
