To get this achievement, players must first analyse the broken vial using Holmes' chemical analysis equipment. Place the glass into the clear tube with a question mark. The other five tubes contain different coloured liquids that indicate the strength of the poison in fatality, aggressiveness, degeneration of skin tissue and muscular stimulant. Clicking once on each colour liquid brings up a number of coloured spots in the tray. You have to enter these numbers into the grid to deduce the type of poison in the vial.

The table should look like this when you're done:

Chemist 1

Once the table is filled in correctly, Holmes asks Watson to fetch his monograph on poisoners from his desk on the opposite side of the room. Talk to Holmes again and then make sure that the Deduction Knightsbridge board is fully completed. The solution for this board is here.

Open the List of Hospitals book on the analysis table and you will have to fill in a shorter "Investigation into the Whitechapel dispensary" deduction board. The deduction board should look like this once you have finished:

Chemist 2

Open the book on the right side of the screen to get a list of dispensaries in Whitechapel. The correct answer is "Dispensary 4661, near the Whitechapel Cemetery".

The achievement pops as Holmes is explaining to Watson about his conclusion.
