This achievement is really easy to get when playing Dash mode.
To get a special tile to appear, you must get a Speed-bonus chain of a multiple of 15; e.g. 15 matches, 30 matches, 45 matches, etc.
You can get this in conjunction with the following achievement:
I recommend the Dash mode because they are simple 'puzzle'-like layouts, with multiple tiles that are the same being next to each other, and it's basically just a test of your hand-to-eye coordination to get the matches out quickly.
Regarding use of Windows 8 through a 'Virtual Box'Some people are using Windows 8 through a 'Virtual Box'. Most of these have speed limiters, and memory limiters, so you may not be able to get the required speed-matches to get these tiles to appear. The only way around this is to do what I've done, and set up a partition on your hard drive, which runs a separate install of windows 8, and can use the full power of your computer when loaded.
