I fooled the kinect with a dummy. The dummy was basically a tall bar chair with some stuff attached to it. Specifically, an old jacket, a stick, some string, and a circular piece of cardboard the size of a basketball. You'll also need a fan. See where this is going? First, you put the stick through an arm of the jacket and position it in such a way that A) the kinect thinks it's a real arm and B) the arm is pointing at the Replay button at the end of song screen. I used string tied from my ceiling (it was a suspended ceiling) to the fake arm, to make sure it was held in place and would not move. Then, I tied another string from the end of the arm to the cardboard circle, which, if hung at an appropriate length, the kinect interprets as a basketball. Once you have all this set up, you have to go into the game, get a song started (the longer the song, the better, I would think) and then while standing behind the dummy, move it around so the "hand" points at the replay button. When you've accomplished all this, point your fan at the "basketball" and the game will start recording dribbles. Adjust the fan so the fake ball moves as much as possible. After that, don't let anyone walk in front of your kinect. It took me about a week AFK to get the 250,000 dribbles after acquiring all the other achievements. The achievement will pop when you're not watching.
