This secret achievement is called "Quick Change!" and to unlock it, you must change your vehicle mid level. This is a simple achievement to get, and should only take a couple of minutes.
Load up Act 2, Scene 1: Dr Snow. Around 15-20 seconds into the level you will see a green arrow on the ground, for those who played the first game, it is one of the lane switching arrows. Hold up as you are skiing over this arrow, and you will move into the upper lane of the level. There is a snowman sitting on the ground here, ski through it to change vehicle to a snowman on a ski!
