To get this achievement, you must first go in your career. You can play at any difficulty and turn on any driving assist you want. So if you want to be sure to grab this one, choose easy difficulty and turn on every driving assist. (Personnaly, I turn off the braking assist, because this one will slow you down a lot, even on places you won't necessarily need to brake)

Before going on for this, I want to point out that I don't really recommand to try when it's raining. Of course, it's still doable, but rainy weather makes it way more difficult and slippery. However, if you are stuck with rain at the middle of qualifying or the race, don't forget to put on the tires for this and change your settings to grippy.

After picking any team you want and changing your settings, start the very first race, which is in Australia. You will need to set the best time in the practice, which last a complete hour, so you have plenty of time to do a decent run. If you think that your time is fast enough (5 or more seconds ahead), you can end the session and go into qualifying. If you want to be sure that you will have the best time, go back to your garage after your turn, and you can speed up time using RB.

Now you will move on to Q1, and now should know the track pretty well. You will have 15 minutes to to the best time. (The time of the AI will be pretty much the same than in practice, if you want to have an idea of the time you will need to beat.) Again, if you want to be sure, fast-forward using RB and go back on the track if your time gets beat.

This is pretty much the same for Q2 and Q3, except that you have only 10 minutes this time. Remember, you need the best time for all 3 qualifying, as well as practice.

Now move on to the race. You will obviously start first, so use it as an advantage to escape from the computers. You will now have 15 full laps to set the best time, on a track that you will know pretty well at this point. Usually, the computer is slower in races. You will know that you have set the best time if you see your name and your time in the purple box on the top of your screen. The achievement will pop at the end of the race, on the rankings window. You have to win the race, otherwise the achievement won't pop (thanks to Mr Mascal 77 and DigiGizmo who confirmed this!) .

Edit: You have to do this in one go. You can't do practice, quit and do the rest later, this must be done in one sitting. Thanks to Briana11 VR46 for pointing this out!

So basiclly, this achievement isn't that hard, and if you are struggling a lot, keep on doing laps in practice, and if you really hate the track (even if Australia is actually pretty fun, short and easy) you can always try on another track that you feel more comfortable on.

Hope this helps and happy hunting!
