    I didn't got the solution that WonderfulWest gave, and I tried to find another one. Here it is! (by the way, now he tweaked his solution a bit). LOL.

    You need to take the ball with your defender and go to your goal line. Press LT and RT at the same time and wait until a defender takes the ball outside.
    Works as a charm!
