During riding segments you'll occasionally come across optional pit stops, indicated by a Horse Shoe sign, or camp sites that you must stop at.

In these areas, holding your hands up to Seren initiates the healing process and you must place your hands over the wounds on her body, such as cuts and grazes. The wounds will then shine and disappear, indicating that you've healed the wound and can move onto the next one.

Do this ten times over the course of the campaign for the achievement.

Theoretically this could be missed if Seren doesn't get injured enough, but this would be extremely unlikely. If you want to try and pick it up as soon as possible, just ensure she gets wounded a lot by running into a few obstacles in each sequence, but not enough to kill her.
