! PLEASE READ: The final side mission for Granny Rags is ONLY accessible by completing her first two side missions (see below) and Slakjaw's first two side missions (see the achievement: Street Conspiracy" before you get to mission 7: The Flooded District, otherwise the thug you come across in the sewers in mission 7 will not be there and as such you will not be able to complete either the "Gentlemen Callers" or "Street Conspiracy" achievements.

Granny Rags has two side missions for you to complete in Mission 2: High Overseer Campbell, which have no bearing on your main objective in this mission. Completing both side missions will reward you with two Runes. Completing the two side missions will open the way to Granny Rag's final side mission in mission 7: The Flooded District.

Granny Rags is located in the first area you come across, in the alley to the right. You'll see her throwing things off of a balcony, so go there, climb up onto the balcony she was on and you'll find her downstairs.

SIDE MISSION 1: GENTLEMEN CALLERS

Your first side mission for Granny Rags involves getting rid of three "gentlemen callers," which are three members of the Bottle Street Gang. She gives you the key to her front door and asks you to kill them. As the thugs are standing outside of her front door, which makes it somewhat difficult to do it non-lethally.

If you are going for the non-lethal approach first, use sleep darts to knock the thugs out as they rush through the door at you. Because the thugs are aware of you, they may require 2 sleep darts each for them to go down.

if your going for the lethal approach, just kill them by any means you wish.

Once you have dispatched the three thugs, go back and speak to Granny again and she will reward you with a rune. She tells you to go and get it from upstairs. Go up the stairs one level and into the room with an upside down boat in, the rune will be suspended under the boat.

Once you have taken the rune, go back and speak with Granny again to acquire her second mission.

SIDE MISSION 2: INFECTING DISTILLERY

The second side mission involves infecting the Dunwall Distillery used by the Bottle Street Gang in making bootleg elixirs (potions to help fight the rat plague).

Your first task is to get to "Galvani's place", which is located past the first Wall of Light, To get the rat viscera. The rat viscera can easily be obtained from Galvani's place, get onto the topmost balcony outside and use the door to get inside. Once inside, go to the large bookshelf directly to your right and press (X) on the highlighted book. This will move the bookshelf and allow access a hidden room. Grab the rat viscera located straight ahead of you, and then go back outside.

You now need to go to the Dunwall Whiskey Distillery, which is in the alley across from Granny Rags' house. Once inside, you can find some wooden planks that form a ramp that lead up to some pipes and the roofs of the buildings. There are plenty of enemies around both inside the distillery and outside the way, including 2-3 by the entrance to the main building itself.

Once you get into the main building, go into the room on the right (requires Master Key, which you can get from guards or the room behind the partially closed metal door - there is a wheel you can turn to open the metal door, but once it's open it closes automatically, so you need to sprint to the door and by pressing (B) while sprinting, you will slide under the door just before it closes. To get out the room now your sealed inside is simple, to the left of the room as you enter it, you will see a hole in the wall high up, use blink to climb up to the hole and drop down back to the wheel you turned originally to open the door.)

From there, you will find some pipes that you can use to get higher ground. Blink onto the three parallel pipes, then look up and to the right to find another higher pipe along the wall. There is one guard walking along the entrance to the next area, so take care of him before moving on.

You're now in a room full of barrels, and there are some stairs leading down. Go down these stairs and turn right at the bottom to find a locked door (Master Key required to unlock it) and a small opening you can crawl through. Once you're in this room, go up to the barrel with the tap attached and press the (X) to get a prompt to infect it.

Once you do that, escape the same way that you entered and go back to Granny Rags and speak to her to get your second rune (located under the boat again).

There are no more side missions for Granny now until Mission 7: The Flooded District so continue with the game as normal.

MISSION 7: THE FLOODED DISTRICT

Work your way through the mission as normal, when your are escaping through the sewers after taking Daud's key, you will come across a thug and opposite him are some red pipes and a small opening to your left.

Speak with the Thug and he will tell you that Slakjaw has been captured and gestures that you may be able to save him.

Make your way through the small opening above the red pipes to your left and continue down the path to the end (you will have to swim part of the way as well as kill or bypass numerous River Krusts).

Once at the end you will enter a large cavern with Slakjaw in shackles to the right and Granny walking around. Approach Granny, and she will ask you to kill Slakjaw. Kill him and then speak to Granny again, she will now give you the key to the shackles and ask that you throw him into her stew (the white bath with the fire under it and the bubbling green liquid inside it).

Unlock the shackles, pick up Slakjaw's body, throw him into the "stew" and speak to Granny again to complete her last side mission and unlock the achievement.
