If your terrible at pool as I am, a fast way I found to get this is to set up a Party Play - Easy - Nineball game and try to sink the 9 ball on the break. You will automatically win and the achievement will pop.

Another way if you don't sink the 9 ball on your break but you sank any other ball so it's still your turn. Try to combo the 9 in on your next shot. You will need to hit the next sequential ball into the 9 and sink it. This will give you the win and the achievement as long as the AI doesn't get a turn.

You can use the combo method even if the AI gets the break, if you miss any of the three above, just quit out and start over. It took me roughly 20 minutes to get the achievement this way.

Any questions, feel free to ask.

Johnny SkillzThis didn't work for me.

Twice, I combo'ed the 9 ball after my opponent's break but it didn't pop. I got it after running the table after my opponents break.

The Fury I84I@ Johnny Skillz: Make sure you get the break and not your opponent. If you start the game and your opponent gets the break, quit out and start over until you get the break. Sink the 9 ball on the break or combo it in your next shot.

Flopsy86Not sure if an exact shot will always result in the 9 ball going down. I managed it by hitting the 1 ball at the front and slightly to the right of the default shot. The 9 ball bounced off the back cushion and went down the table in to the front left pocket. The shot was full power.

Jenova20Flopsy I just got the achievement FIRST time using your method. I potted FIVE balls in one shot aiming slightly to the right of the 1.

My RingtonesThis is completely rng based and will take you at least 2 hours. Any person claiming, they "got this in one try" is a filthy liar. I've already sunk an hour into this and haven't even sunk four balls let alone get the nine in by itself on the first shot. For one the AI gets to shoot first 60% of the time. Second there's a 50% chance you won't pocket a single ball on your break shot. Meaning you have to restart, every time you restart you have to go back to the party screen and scroll down again to pick the game which wastes time. Third due to RNG placement you then have to sink all the balls because the nine ball rarely if ever leaves the center. This isn't 20 minutes this isn't an hour it's far longer and I'm frankly amazed t how much these commenters are lying. I got the achievement after a single game where I was able to sink all balls and it was extremely lucky.

HealttiI found that if you spam the A button after exiting the mini-game the game loads up Pool again, instead of having you scroll halfway down the list to pick it. Don't spam too much though, you don't want to launch it with the default settings (Normal difficulty, 8 Ball).

Playing the backwards compat version on XSX which may or may not matter.

GsO LightFlopsy's method worked for me on the 1st try as well, moved the ball a little to the right and just fired it, didn't even notice which one was the 9 ball but only one went in and it was 9 laugh
