  Here is a video of the barns - I am still waiting for the last rumor to come along as i have 8/9 barn finds - At the moment i haven' made the video into images. So for those who don't like videos i apologise - I have also included at the end the cars you will find in the barns
  They seems to be some confusion...
  
  NOTE :
  
  The BARNS are the small icons on the map in the video - They look like small barns - When i say that a white circle will appear on the map - I DO NOT MEAN MY MAP CURSOR
  
  When the rumor plays over the radio and large white/grey solid circle will appear in the area the barn is located.
  
  YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THE BARN UNLESS THE RUMOR IS ANNOUNCED! And as previously stated a large white / grey solid shaded circle appears on the map
  
  Find that area in the video to pinpoint the EXACT location of the barn

  It would be nice to know the criteria to get these to open up.. Good guide though.

  I unlocked the last barn few minutes ago. Finished the game and almost everything single player related, remaining only the black friday (smash 100 discount signs) After smashed the 91th sign they told me with the radio the "existence" of the last barn.

  Im still waiting for the last barn... has a 1m+ car too which I need for 1000 club

  This achievement unlocks when you find your first 'hidden' barn.
  
  A barn will reveal a rare car that will be automatically repaired for you at the Garage. After a while you will be able to visit the garage to collect & try out your new car.
  
  The opportunity to find a barn is announced in the game in the first hour of play by the voice-over after which you can press X to visit your map. The approximate area of the barn will be indicated by a grey circle on your map.
  
  For me, the first barn was located to the right side of the map. There is a piece of straight road that suddenly seems to stop on your map. When driving towards that stop, you will drive on a dirt road before going into a tunnel and the stop at the dam. The barn is located on that dirt road.
