There are two fights with an enemy ace in the DLC. One is in the level The Battle of Kursk, and one is in the final level, Rise of the Jetfighter.

You'll have to win both fights for the achievement. When playing on easy and using Ace mode, this shouldn't give you too much trouble.

The achievement pops as soon as you win the second fight.
