Usually, I don't put up conversation pointers, but since the conversation in this chapter is so full of options, I will make an exception :-)
Pick up Clementine's cap.
Walk towards the radio, or look at the trash bins. Either way, you'll be attacked by a walker, and you'll be bitten. The fight is a bit harder if you look at the trash bins.
Next big choice of the episode: Do you show the bite? If you don't show it, you later get another conversation option to tell it anyway.
In the next conversation, you'll decide who comes with you. Since there are so many options, we'll list all possible options, and conversation pointers here. If you're in a different kind of group, and had to persuade someone, please post it here and I'll add it to the list.
Omid and Christa
- When I showed the bite, they immediately volunteered to come along with me. Even with persuasion, they wouldn't let me go without them.
- When not showing the bite, they wouldn't come along, even with persuasion. Several users commented that Omid and Christa would come along even though they hid the bite, as of now I'm not sure yet what previous action would make them change.
Kenny
- Both with and without showing the bite I had to persuade him, since I haven't really been good to him. After saying Clementine is my family, he buckled and came along with me. The "Kenny, I NEED you" argument didn't work for me. Both arguments got the same result wether or not I showed the bite.
- With Ben, Kenny got angry, but when I told him to deal with it, he didn't put up a fight.
- If you side more with Kenny during previous episodes, it's possible that Kenny sides with you without needing persuasion - even if you've fought with him in Episode 3 instead of talking him down. Thanks go to
Penguino Rojo.
Ben
He looks to you for a decision, so it's basically up to you what to tell him. If you tell him it's his own choice, he won't come with you, even if you showed the bite.
Seraph Xero XII has experienced Ben still coming along with him even though he told Ben he could do what he want, so this depends on your earlier conversation choices. In any case you seem to always be able to decide for Ben, so wether or not he comes along with you can be entirely up to you.
