  Start up a match on Mega Lounge/Deathmatch, Duration 1 minute and Kill Limit 10. This can be in Player or Ranked matches, get your friend to search and when he joins quickly press Ready, a count down will begin and then the match will start. Now you either kill him 10 times or he kills you. You don't need to win you just need to Host the match and complete it without you're friend quitting the game.
  
  Personally I boosted this in about an 1-2 hours, once you learn the map and meet up at the same spot after respawning it shouldn't take too long.

  Can you add how many matches you did daily because this is such a grind and I'm having trouble figuring out how to do 10 matches, it is equivalent to performing brain surgery using a tube of toothpaste and a plunger.

  Here's a simplier way to do it - get yourself and one other person in the map and have the other person quit out the match. Set it to 1 minute, just in case a random player shows up at the last second. And have the other player quit the match. It'll still count as a match hosted and completed for the host.
  
  Do it ten times and the achievement is yours.

  The easiest way to get it is for your boosting partner to quit as soon as the match starts (in "player's match"). He'll then search a custom game to rejoin the lobby (quicker than the host sending invite).
  
  Now the loading time... It can go up to 1-2mn for getting into the lobby, then 1-2mn again for launching the match. But in fact it really depends on network connection between both players. Try to boost with a player within the same region: in the lobby, you'll see network bars like in your phone to see the quality of your network. 4 bars for both and the loading time should be minimal (10-15sec). 1 bar for a player doesn't bode well for the loading time...
