For this achievement I found a flaw in the scoring which can be used for these achievements as well:

but I’m not sure about that one.

Now the actual solution: If you’re going for the difficulty related ones then change the difficulty to Medium/Expert first. Now go to Single Player>Pop Out and play until you are 1 turn away from winning. After you play the winning turn and your phone is done vibrating from the win but before it will load a new game press the home button. Now load up the game again (through the original place and not a pinned shortcut as this won’t load properly). There is a tiny chance the game backs out right after but you can just try it again and it should load the game. The game will say you have a pending game and asks you to continue. Say yes and you’re at your turn before you won. Just play the same move and it will count as a win. The timer also resets upon the reboot thus making the Genius achievement pop. Since the timer resets I think the ammount of turns also resets which should unlock Economist as well but I’m not sure on this one.
