You can get this by just playing, but the bouncing ball whch costs 4,000 and atom bombs or other bombs make this way easier. Bombs can either be bought for credits or you can get them from the spinner. If you've collected several tokens, try for the spinner. When the red triangles are almost at the lowest point, move the joystick down to spin the spinner. This will give you always a reward if you do it right. Once the small bomb, large bomb or atomic bomb is received you'll hopefully move through some coins.
