    As the title says. All you have to do is complete a total of six quick workout sessions of any length. Might as well make one a 60 minute session to knock out that achievement as well.

    I'll describe the easiest (and laziest) way to do this in the following section. However, you won't get much Nike Fuel and won't burn many calories in the process which you need for other achievements. Here goes:

    1. Pick "Personal Training", "Quick Start"
    2. Settings: Easy, 15 Minutes, Cardio Training

    Now, all you have to do is go to the screen and match the pose of the trainer and let the counter run down (there are no reps in cardio sessions). You will have three warm-up drills without breaks, after that the real drills come up, 30 seconds each with a 30 second break following. You can skip the break, but you don't want that, because the counter for the total time runs down as well during that period. So basically you just have to go to your TV every minute and match the pose, HOWEVER, if you take too much time the game pauses automatically...

    ...WITH TWO EXCEPTIONS ;) Once "Dodgeball" or "Split Decision" comes up the trainer wants you to go to the marker - don't go there, because the counter for total time continues to run down! These are the only drills where this works! When the counter is down to zero, go to the marker, wait until the drill is over and match the poses for the cool-downs - done.

    Repeat 5 times and you get the achievement.
