The description for this achievement is horribly misleading. To get it, you need to do a Program session 5 days in a row, by selecting "Continue Program" from the "Personal Training" menu. Quick Start, 5-minute, and Challenge will not count towards this achievement, even though the game refers to them as "sessions" everywhere else.

Note that it doesn't matter how many days per week your program is; the game will happily let you opt to do extra sessions. The achievement should pop right after you select "Finish" at the end of the workout on the 5th day.

RKlaahsenIf you do the extra sessions add a strength or weight session so you can knock out the challenge/extra session achievements along the way.

CHERRY CHEERIOSSo my fifth day fell on a fitness challenge review day (not exactly sure what it's called). I received the message for Five Days of Fitness from Hope Solo but I didn't receive the achievement. I'll update once it pops, I'm thinking I'll have to do five more days.

thatjeremyguyI made the mistake on this one. On my fifth day it was a pick your poison day, I accidentally picked weight training (don't have weights or a band yet) and when I backed out so I could pick another, my day was locked and couldn't do my program day.

Thickly SettledYour solution did not work for me, perhaps its a glitch? I did not do the first couple of workouts on the scheduled days, but after that i never miss a scheduled day. I got the message for 5 & 8 days in a row but no achievement.

I just completed my first session [month], I'll be sure to not miss any of the scheduled days on my next session and see if it helps.

J SchwizzleIt's not related to your scheduled days; you need to do a Program session (not Quick Start, Challenge, etc) five calendar days in a row.

Thickly SettledI get it now - I figured I was doing something wrong. Thank you for clearing up my misunderstanding.

Runner7922I started to work on the 5 days in a row right from the beginning. 5 days later I got the congrats message about 5 days from Hope Solo but no achievement. I suspected the reason was that the first day was an assessment exercise but not a program workout. So I just continued and sure enough the achievement popped on the sixth day.

I think if you look at your calendar and there are 5 cardio, weight or strength symbols in a row, then it counts.
