    I tried this countless times from the "Challenges" section of the game but would inevitably hit a ball or a wall and fail the achievement.

    Then, while executing one of my workouts under "continue program" (one of the regular scheduled workouts) I got the achievement when Split Decision was picked as one of my exercises.

    This is NOTABLY EASIER to do during the course of a NORMAL WORKOUT than if you select one of the two drills from "Challenges". The reason for this is that when the drill is a challenge, the time limit will be something like 60 seconds. On the other hand, if it comes up during the course of a normal workout, the time limit will usually be 20-30 seconds.

    Half the time, half as difficult.

    Additionally, for me, split decision was much easier, and it was the drill I unlocked this on. Focus on keeping your arms tight to your body so they don't hit the "walls" and move/jump at the right times and with a little practice you should be able to get this no problem. If you are having difficulty you can always practice the two drills in the "Challenge" section of the game and see which one you have an easier time with. Who knows? Maybe you'll even unlock it in the process.

    Continue your regular workout program and hope that Dodgeball comes up. If it doesn’t, either look for it again in your next session or choose to do extra drills. It usually shows up at least once if you re-do drills.

    At the start you’ll want to stand at the starting point. Once you’re set and the drill starts move completely out of view, just enough so that your image outline is no longer visible. Dodgeballs will keep flying at the wall but there will be no one to hit. You know it’s working because the instructor compliments you on avoiding ten in a row and other comments of that nature. Should unlock shortly after the completion of the drill. This particular method will not work for Split Decision; the glass will break if you try to use this method.

    This works in a similar fashion for the Artful Dodger achievement (solution here), but with a bit of a tweaking. Since you have to do that one through the Challenges menu though they both can’t be done together.
