For those of you who have played the game on other platforms, this achievement can become missable. This happened to me, as I played the game extensively on Vita and Wii U before hopping on the Xbox version and your Speed Points are tied to your Origin profile (in my case, I had 3 mil Speed Points, easily climbing to the #1 spot). In this case, you have three options:

1. Find someone with slightly more points than you, add them as a buddy and overtake them on the list to unlock the achievement (which is a pain and quite hard).

2. The easier way is to create a new save file and play offline. If have a USB drive, pop it into the Xbox. If not, move your save file to the Cloud temporarily. Make sure you're disconnected from Xbox Live, either by pulling the cord or disconnecting from your Wireless Network in the Settings menu. Start up a new offline save on either your USB drive or your hard drive and go through the tutorial, getting 60,000 Speed Points. From there, you can challenge the Alfa Romero and unlock the achievement.

3. The worst case scenario. If you truly have to have the achievement online and the other two options don't work for you, you can create a new Origin account, create a new save file and relink your Gamertag to your new Origin account temporarily. Keep in mind you may have to spend some time with EA representatives to do so.

It's a pain but if you're like me and played the game too far on other systems, this simple achievement becomes a pain in the butt.
