Ok, So I wasn't going to start a guide until I finally got this. Now I have, what can I say? It's not particularly difficult, just time consuming.

The achievement itself is unlocked when you obtain every star in the 9-ball and 8-ball tours - 149 for each tour. That's obvious enough.
I'm going to try and add some tips and other info which I found useful

Firstly-COMPLETE THE TUTORIAL. You'll need to know how to complete the trickier shots like swerves and jumps. The tutorial is also useful if you're not familiar with pool terms like "bank" and "kick" shots.

Each tour is broken down into Cups/Trophies/Masters, all these are, are subdivisions of the main cup and the next level up is generally unlocked when you complete the one prior to it. Each "Cup" is made up of 8-12 matches, with each match gaining you three championship stars. Each match will give you one star for winning overall, there are another two stars to be gained from performing various tasks i.e "win a match without losing a frame" or "win a match with a skill shot". These tasks should all be fairly explanatory if you've completed the tutorial, so I won't go into depth on them here.

The one thing that is important about these tasks is that you do NOT have to complete them all in one match - if you're struggling to get all three stars, take them one at a time. As long as you still win the match (not frame!) after you perform your task, your new star and your original will still count. This makes things a LOT easier!

BONUS MATCHES - Some standard matches also unlock "bonus matches". There are 7 different types and here's where you may need some more pointers. I'll break them down:

3 Ball - Pot the three balls on the table in as few shots as possible. The AI generally manages this in 4-6 shots, sometimes 3. This is pretty easy and shouldn't trouble you.

Straight - You earn 1 point for each ball potted, the first to 30 wins. This can be tricky. The AI in later matches can do the 30 in one go. The trick here is to make sure you don't miss a pot. Use your flashbacks if you miss. Once the second-to last ball is sunk, a new rack will be placed on the table. You need to break this up when sinking the other loose ball. If the rack is still tight after you've sunk the loose ball, very lightly touch the centre of one of the sides. The AI will generally not be able to pot anything, and you will get another split pack to go for. Rinse and repeat. Also, watch out for fouls - each foul will take 1 from your score, but 3 fouls will take TEN from your score. Nasty.

Rotation - First to pot to the value of 61 (ball value) wins. Relatively easy, just make sure you pot as many as you can. You can still miss and win-the last few balls will be higher values than the first so you can still catch up if the AI misses.

Golf - You and the AI take turns to pot in the nominated pocket, counter-clockwise from the bottom right pocket. Again, fairly easy - just watch your power and always think one shot ahead to where you want your cue ball to be for the next shot.

Speed - Clear the table in less time than the AI. As simple as it sounds. If you're struggling - RESTART. The AI's time refreshes with each restart, so could be 1:58:00 one time, then 2:19:05 the next. Buy yourself more time with this trick.

Killer - You have three lives, you and the AI take turns to pot any ball on the table. Each miss costs you a life. Easiest way to play this is to "snooker" the AI. Think about where your cue ball will be after potting, and leav him with no viable shots.

Endurance - There are already a couple of good guides on here for endurance, so I won't duplicate. The bonus endurance matches only ever last up to a MAX of 7 minutes. One thing to remember - endurance on world tour has flashbacks USE THEM!. That really helped me.

Ok, apologies for the length. If you have anything you'd like to add, please let me know in the comments and I'll update.
