    Follow the A Rank guide (The three required cutoffs) but kill yourself 6 times during the last Neith fight.

    In other words,

    AAAAA (SOS Missions)
    Hard Mode
    6x deaths (instead of less than 5)

    It's really a joke to get if you've A ranked it already.

    Styles PluralIt seems the latest save you can make toward the end of the game is at HUB.1 where you disarm the bombs. The game will ask you if you want to save prior to entering that section; obviously you should choose yes and save. You'll receive this option right after defeating regular NEITH at the WAREHOUSE.

    Once you disarm the bombs, you'll face ZOMBIE NEITH. If you already got your overall A Ranking achievement, then here is where you'll want to intentionally die until you've used 5 continues. At that point, defeat ZOMBIE NEITH, easily done by spamming cn_B button up close to her with PHALANX equipped for throws, then finish the scripted sequence with ANUBIS. You cannot defeat ANUBIS and he cannot kill you (your health will stop decreasing once at 1%). So make sure you spend your 5 continues before facing ANUBIS to secure your overall B Ranking. I made the mistake of waiting to get to ANUBIS to use 5 continues only to realize death was impossible. Silly me.
