    Also a word of advice that will save you time and strees: the achievement doesn't always pop when you get your 20th EX Mission item.... Make sure to save and back out, then repeatedly go in and out of Extra Missions if you feel that you DEFINITELY have all 20 EX missions because sometimes that will unlock it if its glitched!

    P.S. In addition to beating the game at least once in order to get the 19th Extra Mission, I think you may need to beat the game again on a similar difficulty/character load out to unlock the 20th mission!

    De4th By ToastThe Final EX Mission is probably the Zoradius parody mission for VIC VIPER... That Mission is necessary to play for the Retro Runner achievement, and one I knew how to unlock much earlier in the game by typing in a variant of the Konami code... (To unlock this side mission play against VicViper in Jehuty's Boss Battles Extra Mission-and enter Up(2), Down(2) Left, Right, Left, Right, L1 R1 in the pause screen of that fight, a sound cue will occur and presto! the 20th Mission will be unlocked. Sorry about not pointing that one out earlier man.

    De4th By ToastPretty sure that you can also earn that side mission by completing every other extra mission but I never bothered getting it legit even back when I ran through the game 100% on PS2 because I would always break down and wanna play it!

    OzbrithianThe mission to unlock Vic Viper's bonus mode is the one listed as number 2 of 19. I got the first 18 on my first playthrough and on my 2nd unlocked Zoradius by using Wisp in the Vic Viper fight. I am still missing one EX Mission. Still only at 19.

    I tired that Konami code thing but nothing happened , presumably because I've already unlocked Vic Viper's game.

    We are still one short.

    De4th By ToastHave you played through the game again with the same frame ver. after collecting the first 19 EX Missions? Go re-read solution I had to update it awhile back after confirming min. of three playings seemed necessary.

    Dragon NexusThe 20th mission is unlocked by going into Extra Missions, choosing whichever Jehuty you wish, select Boss Battle and then Stage 3 - Vic Viper . Once the fight has started, pause the game and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, LB, RB. You should hear a little musical jingle to let you know you've done it right. Use the D-pad for the directions, it's more accurate. Not sure if the analogue stick works.

    After completing the fight and saving, go back to the character select portion of Extra Missions and you'll see Vic Viper is selectable for his mission Zoradius.

    a Fi1thy CasualI can confirm that you only need to complete the game once for the 20th mission.

    I can also confirm that if you missed any of the missions in your first run, you can get them in your second. Progress carries over between playthroughs.

    Seby88i completed the game four time but still miss a mission.i have to do another run whit the jehuty v1 ? I used the v2 and naked for the other run

    Styles PluralAfter picking up all 20 EX Mission items, this achievement wouldn't unlock for me until I selected Extra Missions from the main menu, loaded my save file, selected a character and entered the mission select menu; then it popped. I can also confirm that you MUST beat the game TWICE to unlock all the EX Mission items.

    For those wondering about their progress, the game will tell you how many Extra Items you have "opened" upon loading your save file or by checking the bottom right corner of the screen when navigating the Extra Missions menu.
