Mission 7 - Suffer with Me - Story progression achievement, cannot be missed.
For your load out, I suggest an RPG as a starting weapon to help with one of the challenges in this mission. You should also have your access kit to get the special grenades, flak jacket, and IR strobes in this mission.
Mission Challenges
1) Perform a knife throw at an enemy guard post - After you climb up from the storm drain, you will be able to throw a knife at the guard that exits the guard hut.
2) Survive an enemy RPG blast that causes enemy collateral damage - You will find a flak jacket in the warehouse you enter through the skylight.
3) Destroy Noriega's Private Jet - After you exit the warehouse you were in, you will see a jet getting ready for takeoff. Use the RPG to take it out.
4) Eliminate 10 enemy soldiers with a truck mounted MG - There is a truck with an MG in the back of it near the plane. use this to eliminate 10 soldiers from this area.
5) Distract 8 enemy soldiers with Nightingale grenades at the same time - After clearing out the first courtyard after the knife throw, there will be a crate in front of a warehouse with these grenades in them. You will throw them in the area where Noreiga's plane is located. You can spam the grenades near the blown up plane.
6) Eliminate 15 enemy soldiers with the IR Strobe - You will find the IR strobes after the point at which you are fighting through the streets. After you exit the building after giving Noriega an unloaded weapon, stick to the left ally ways. It will be located in a locked area that requires the access kit to reach.
7) Destroy enemy ZPU - This is the AA gun mounted on top of the roof. Use an RPG or grenade to destroy it. It is located on a roof just before you reach the clinic.
8) Eliminate 8 enemy soldiers in the clinic - In the clinic you will help a lady. After a little scuffle, multiple enemies will charge at you. Make sure to take out at least 8 of them before Mason takes them out.
9) Collect all three intel - The first intel is located on the second floor of the warehouse that you entered through the skylight. It is located on a shelving unit just before you go to the airstrip.
10) 100% survivability - Complete the mission without dying.
'Dirty Business' is the first achievement that brings in some of your previous decision making in several cut scenes. In the mission Old Wounds, you should have chosen not to shoot Kravchenko. They also reference the CIA file found in the Cartel bunker from mission 4. In the mission Suffer with Me, you will meet with Noriega to complete the next step in the process. After you find him in the hotel and question him, the achievement will pop after the conversation is over.(Video Time:5:30-6:46)
'Family Reunion' is earned near the end of the mission. You will be on the rooftop with a sniper rifle and instructed to take a headshot on the hostage with a bag over his head. Instead of doing that, take a chest shot. Once he falls to the ground, you will take another chest shot and then the achievement will unlock.(Video Time:15:35-End )
If you were playing the campaign on veteran difficulty, you will earn:
