To pop this achievement you must 'summon a disaster' as the description says. It's pretty straight forward as to how this is done, but some might find it a little bit tricky. I managed to do it fairly quickly and I would say I'm of only moderate to limited skill.

First thing to note, at the back center of the table there is a mini-table. Below this table you will see the word CAST in red letters. Our goal consists mostly of getting into this mini table.

To the far left and right of the table are a red swirl and a blue swirl. Behind each of these is a sink hole with flames around it. Hitting these will drop the ramp (semi-see through, light blue and covered with stars) to the mini-table. To me, hitting these sink holes is the tricky part. They can be hit at the precise right place at the flippers edge, but I found that bouncing the ball off of other areas of the table was easier. Play around with it and find what works for you.

NOTE: JackFeelsNerves has some excellent advice on nailing these shots and a video below. Be sure to check it out if you're having difficulty.

Once you hit one of these sink holes (doesn't matter which) the ramp will drop. This is indicated by a red flashing feather right below the ramp. You will have a few seconds before the ramp retracts. Note: It is enough time that if you immediately lose the ball out of the mini-table, you can get back in before the ramp retracts. So it's not super quick or anything.

Once up on the mini-table you will have to spell out ELEMENT on the dot matrix screen above the mini-table. There are seven tiles at the top of the mini-table each corresponding with a letter.

NOTE: You can attempt this multiple times across one ball. Example, you can get to the mini-table and only hit one letter each time or you can hit all seven in one go. HOWEVER, this has to be done in ONE ball. You do not carry letters over from ball to ball.

Once you have spelled ELEMENT you must hit the tiles again under any one of the four disasters that appear on the screen. It doesn't matter which one. I happened to do earthquake. Once a disaster is selected (you will be able to tell by a red box around the image, highlighting the disaster on the dot matrix above the mini-table) you can leave the mini-table.

Now you must hit the holes UNDERNEATH the mini-table above the word CAST. This is a pretty easy shot. Once you hit it four times and spell the word CAST (which grants you the ball saver when you DO NOT have a disaster highlighted) the disaster mode will start and the achievement will pop. Again, this must be done on one ball.

To me, the initial sinkhole shots are the trickiest part of this, but that's not that bad at all.

Good luck and happy hunting.
