This is the easiest way to get the achievement:

Track: 'Beaumont - Stage 2'
Car: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR (B|499)
Difficulty: Easy (with automatic braking and easy opponents!)

You can press RT the whole race and focus on staying in the middle of the road. Don't hit the checkpoints/fences/walls. There are only two 90° turns in this stage but with automatic braking they aren't difficult at all. Pay attention at the finish line, I hit the walls right in front of the line there and had to restart. In the end I finished the stage in 2:07 minutes.

The achievement will unlock when you hit continue twice and reach the third Beaumont Rally stage.
