Start Episode 6 - Undercover Hippo and skip to the second Go Wild! section.

Hippos will move towards you. Hit them with your hands to defeat them. If they rear up (you will see an exclamation point), headbutt the hippo before they hit you. Some will also charge at you immediately, so headbutt these as soon as they appear. Defeating 5 in 20 seconds is really easy, so don't worry too much.
