    A little tip that worked for me was plugging in 3 other controllers. Most people don't realize that this is a multiplayer game also. By having those extra controllers the enemy scatters its fire. It's like having extra life bars. And you don't die instantly either. As long as the other controller(s) has life you can continue with that controller and still get credit for not using a checkpoint.

    Just a FYI the part where you take control of the machine at the end, there is life on both sides of the area, and right before that when your destroying the last control panels take cover and youll see some ammo which I needed to make sure I take care of the last 8 or 10 people cause I didnt want a bullet to ruin the achievement for me lol..


    Just dont die or kill one of your guys on this level and youll get the acheivement, if you do then select retart level not checkpoint
