NOTES: By using the below stated info I was able to get this achievement in approx 1hr 15min. You'll have to guess how many cars you've rammed. From previous runs it's usually 5-15% less of the # of cops dispatched/involved in the chase, not counting roadblocks. Rams are counted per unique vehicle hit, not how many times you've hit it. So if you ram 1 particular cop 10 times, it'll only counts for 1.

Preparation:::
I was having a very hard time getting cops to show up during Free Roam AFTER completing the story so I started a fresh career file. After the training process you'll have only 3 race options. Win the one giving you access to Nitro & Tires. Set the balance to Velocity for nitro, and Grip for Tires. You'll be at heat level 1 and during the chase will only max out at 2, no further.

The Free Roam run:::
Hit a few vehicles to get the cops dispatched, look for the flashing red arrow on the screen(cop) and go near it to start the chase. The computer only dispatches about 3-5 cars before calling back up. Try to disable all but one or two cop cars. Try to stay away from Dynamic Breakers or Landmark Breakers as they'll, for the most part, wipe out all cops and you'll end up on cooldown mode. Backup is dispatched when you're down to 1-2 cops chasing you. It takes about 3 minutes(orange counter) for them to dispatch. then the cycle restarts. Roadblocks are random, ranging from 2-6 cars. Consider them as gold since you'll net free hits Hit the roadblock cars in the back/rear. Stay away from the front end as it may potentially stop your vehicle and end your run. BE CAREFUL of traffic hiding behind the roadblocks. They'll act as additional weight for the cop car. Also be careful of normal vehicles as they'll sometimes ram into your car during these roadblocks and sometimes blocking you and ending your run.

Babysitting:::
During the chases you'll end up disabling(sometimes not in purpose) most of the cop cars and are left w/just 1. You'll need to make sure it's not disabled until the "backup" countdown(orange timer) reaches 0. I did this by driving in the highways at a slow speed, about 30MPH. It's quite hard to get a fresh cop car during the backup countdown and most of the time go into full cooldown mode.

My HUD stats were 139 cops dispatched and 115 disabled before I deciced to end it. The stats after cooldown indicated i had 166 rams(includes roadblocks) and 133 disabled(includes roadblocks)

Let me know if i should fix something... hope it helps.
