  Actions

  You can do this on level 1-4 without buying the game. Load this stage and cut the top, left, and bottom ropes. Once the rope swings past Om Nom 10 times you'll get the achievement.

  Some users have had trouble with getting enough momentum by cutting the ropes in the order I listed.
  An alternate order that seems to work better is top, bottom, left

  Just wanted to add (years later...) that the bottom one adds nothing to the swing speed at all. Your two solutions have it as #3 and #2 but you might as well always cut it first as it will only serve to slow you down.
  After that, yes, you both have Top then Left, and that NEEDS to be in that order to get the speed.

  Here is a video tutorial that I made for Tummy Teaser. It is quite simple on Level 1-4 like the other guy says in his solution.

  Actions

  I did this on lvl 1-7. Cut all the ropes in a clock-wise rotation, starting at 8 o'clock, then 10 o'clock, 12 o'clock and 2 o'clock. Once the candy is stable, cut the rope at 4 o'clock.
  
  Let the rope swing on the 6 o'clock rope, and after ten open mouths, cheevo pops!
